Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dharma Dog Services. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ensuring accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
