Job Title: Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc. as a Sales Team Lead.

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Work Environment:
