Job Description

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring that our office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Manage office operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, arranging meetings, and preparing agendas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve administrative processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
