About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Aide to join our team at Cedarview Lodge in North Vancouver.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work under the functional direction of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care to clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Respond to client calls and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client progress, symptoms, and behavioral changes, and report significant observations to the care team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements



  • Grade 10 (including English 10).
  • Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant Program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eligibility for registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
