We're shaping the future of shopping experiences and connecting people with products that enrich their lives. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution of authorized products
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Sell live orders on multiple clients in over 50% of stores monthly
  • Increase sales volume through promotional activities, building displays, and creating themes
  • Maintain client objectives by ensuring accurate and complete product tags and removing un-saleable or out-of-code products
  • Work with clients to meet shelf schematic standards and take direction on tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials
  • Achieve client goals and objectives by effectively managing stores within your territory
  • Prepare and make wholesaler sub-group headquarter calls and complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
