Job Summary:

Caa Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at our Moose Jaw location. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell insurance policies to customers, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Policy Administration: Enter and manage customer data, and assist with the administration of insurance policies.
  • Team Support: Assist brokers and other CAA staff with customer service for CAA members and customers.
  • Business Development: Assist with the retention of existing business and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Valid General Insurance License, CAIB or CIP designations.
  • Experience: Previous habitational insurance experience, commercial insurance experience, and experience working in a team environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
