Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Chef - Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet the needs of our customers;
  • Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by dietitians or chefs;
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards;
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistent quality;
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations;
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to achieve optimal productivity;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment;
  • Recruit and hire staff to build a talented and motivated team;
  • Organize buffets and banquets to provide exceptional dining experiences;
  • Manage kitchen operations to achieve business objectives.
