Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Moxies Polo Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets and depreciation, as well as maintaining financial records and establishing, balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports, and tax returns will also be key responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns

Benefits

Compensation
