Accounting Specialist

At Realtrustia Property Management, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • Accounting software
