We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at Boston Pizza Kingston West.
Job Summary:The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
