Job Title: General Manager, Sales

Boston Pizza Kingston West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
