We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at Boston Pizza Kingston West.
Job Summary:The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences and to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement and to develop strategies to address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
