Job Title: General Manager Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at Boston Pizza Kingston West. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
