Boston Pizza Kingston West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
