Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit and train new staff members
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless operations
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
