Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
