About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our menu is appealing to our customers and that our kitchen is running efficiently.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Staff Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and that we are able to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in our restaurant, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best prices and quality.

Facilities Management

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure that our restaurant is utilized to its full potential.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
