Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Team LeadershipConduct performance reviews, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure timely delivery.
Marketing and Customer ServiceParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Operational PlanningPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements- Education and Experience
College/CEGEP degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with various locations, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word, with experience in spreadsheet management.
