About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. as an Operations Lead. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance

Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

Health and Safety

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Marketing and Sales

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.

Team Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective execution of daily tasks and achieve business objectives.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word, with experience in using spreadsheets to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant management and customer service.
