Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Insurance and Financial Services Representative to handle sales and service for our clientele. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote our insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance in both personal and commercial lines business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing administration.
  • Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals in all lines of business.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Be fluent in Mandarin and English and have Permanent Residence Status.
