Staff ManagementThe Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring that staff are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
Data Analysis and ReportingThe Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of data and information, including patient outcomes, financial performance, and operational efficiency. This includes preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, including the clinic's leadership team and external partners.
Work Coordination and Project ManagementThe Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for coordinating the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, as well as assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Requirements- Education
A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is required.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is required.
Work SettingThe Medical Clinic Director will work in a fast-paced medical clinic environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's operations.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Medical Clinic Director will work under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The role requires the ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.

English is the primary language of communication for this role.
