- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Leadership and Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
