Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Adams 22 Holdings Ltd. dba Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and respond to their complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies, and ensure that costs are controlled and minimized.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement procedures to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding with frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of objects.
