Technical Support Specialist

At Tech Mahindra, we're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires fluency in English and French, strong analytical skills, and excellent customer relation skills.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in multiple languages.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to help users troubleshoot and resolve common problems such as connectivity and VoIP registration issues.
- Educate customers on product functionalities and troubleshooting steps to empower them to resolve common issues independently.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
We estimate an annual salary of $60,000 based on industry standards and average salaries in similar positions.
About this JobThis is a full-time position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
You will collaborate with other teams, including Network Operations, Customer Service, and Dev support, to address customer issues comprehensively and ensure a seamless customer experience.
