Office Manager - Desjardins Insurance Office
Position Overview:
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Office Manager. We seek a talented, energetic person who is customer-oriented with attention to detail and self-motivated. Someone who can help our business grow by presenting the range of insurance products we offer and with marketing activities as well as keeping the operation running smooth, efficient, and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of customer satisfaction taking initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- OTL/RIBO LICENCE REQUIRED OR IN THE PROCESS.
- Life License not required but definitely an asset.
Perks:
4 days in-person work week after probationary period (90 days) is completed and flexible working arrangements for qualified candidates. 3 DAY LONG WEEKEND. This is a full-time position with a Desjardins Agent office.

Salary Range:
60,000 PLUS BONUS
