About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Campaign Auditor to join our Digital & Direct Executions team within the Marketing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate the completeness of email and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Develop and implement processes for campaign audit execution, ensuring that all campaigns meet quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Developers, to validate end-to-end campaign artifacts.
  • Engage with campaign stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Monitor and track process issues, making recommendations to streamline, enhance, and improve overall processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure the lead generation cycle remains on track.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and SQL.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution processes, having been actively involved in the past as a campaign developer.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operational challenges.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
