About the Role

The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Certification and Sustainability initiatives. As the Director of Certification and Sustainability, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our Canadian Certified Rental Building (CCRB) program, including the Living GREEN Together sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct all aspects of the CCRB program, including the Living GREEN Together sustainability initiative.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, excellence, service, and sustainability within Ontario's purpose-built rental housing industry.
  • Manage the operation, expansion, and enhancement of CCRB as a national program that promotes quality, excellence, service, and sustainability.
  • Oversee the building certification process, including third-party auditors.
  • Manage all program communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets.
  • Vendor contract management.
  • Design, development, and implementation of CCRB-related educational programs and materials.
  • Provide an e-learning portfolio of training courses (as budget permits).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow programs on a national scale.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating events and managing budgets.
