About the Role:

The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Certification and Sustainability. This individual will play a critical leadership role in managing and expanding The Canadian Certified Rental BuildingTM (CCRB) program, including the Living GREEN TogetherTM sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, promote, represent, and prudently manage all aspects of The Canadian Certified Rental BuildingTM program (CCRB) including the Living GREEN TogetherTM sustainability program.
  • Responsible for the operation, expansion, and enhancement of CCRB as a national program that promotes quality, excellence, service, and sustainability within the purpose-built rental housing industry.
  • Manage building certification process including third-party auditors.
  • Manage all program communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage annual budget.
  • Vendor Contract Management.
  • Design/development/implementation of CRB related educational programs and materials.
  • Provide an e-learning portfolio of training courses (as budget permits).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow programs on a national scale.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating events and managing budgets.
