The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is a leading association representing the interests of rental property owners, managers, builders, and financiers in Ontario.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Canadian Certified Rental BuildingTM (CCRB) program, including the Living GREEN TogetherTM sustainability initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, excellence, service, and sustainability within Ontario's purpose-built rental housing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the CCRB program, including the Living GREEN TogetherTM initiative
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs and materials
  • Oversee the certification process, including third-party auditors
  • Manage program communications and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets
  • Vendor contract management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Proven ability to manage and grow programs on a national scale
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating events and managing budgets
