Job Title: VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker RIBO

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling VIP, High Net Worth Personal Lines products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client insurance needs and evaluate risk to provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Develop business and prospect marketing plans to encourage new sales development and growth
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, including answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to online inquiries, and providing professional advice and accurate quotes
  • Network with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships
  • Attend events and networking sessions to promote the company and products

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance brokerage sales experience
  • RIBO License
  • VIP, high net worth Personal Lines brokerage experience - an asset
  • Cold selling skills via email and telephone
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • High level of computer skills and experience working with EPIC and Compu-Quote
