Job Title: VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker to join our team at Direct IT Recruiting Inc., WBE Canada Certified. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling VIP, High Net Worth Personal Lines products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client insurance needs and evaluate risk
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop business and prospect marketing plans to encourage new sales development
  • Provide exceptional service, professional advice, and accurate quotes to clients
  • Network with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships
  • Attend events to promote the company and products
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance brokerage sales experience/track record
  • RIBO License
  • VIP, high net worth Personal Lines brokerage experience – an asset
  • Comfortable and confident with cold selling via email and telephone
  • Creative ability to influence and negotiate
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to establish sales and retention goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills, knowledge, and previous experience working with EPIC by Applied Systems and Compu-Quote – an asset
