**Personal Lines Insurance Broker**

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Broker to develop and maintain solid client relationships, assist in building the book of business, and handle customer service calls.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain solid client relationships
• Assist in building the book of business through new sales
• Handle incoming customer service calls
• Retain clear and concise documentation and records
• Expand insurance industry knowledge

**Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years Personal Lines experience
• RIBO license required
• Solid work experience on Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals
• Excellent communication skills
• Perseverance to meet retention goals
• Positive and keen attitude to meet customer needs
• Strong organizational skills
• French speaking an asset
