Job Title: VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker RIBO

At Direct IT Recruiting Inc., WBE Canada Certified, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Broker to join our team. As a VIP Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker RIBO, you will play a crucial role in helping our company succeed and grow by selling VIP, High Net Worth Personal Lines products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client insurance needs and evaluate risk to provide accurate quotes and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing a business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales development.
  • Network with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service, professional advice, and accurate quotes to potential clients.
  • Respond to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance brokerage sales experience with a proven track record.
  • RIBO License.
  • VIP, high net worth Personal Lines brokerage experience – an asset.
  • Comfortable and confident with cold selling via email and telephone (preferred).
  • Creative ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to establish sales and retention goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of computer skills, knowledge, and previous experience working with EPIC by Applied Systems and Compu-Quote – an asset.
