Senior Director of Client Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Client Solutions to lead our Client Services team at CLevelCrossing. This is a senior-level position that requires 10 years of experience in client services, preferably in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM, content management, analytics, digital marketing, and eCommerce technology. They should be able to direct all aspects of client businesses, set the tone for the internal team, develop client relationships, and add value to our agency's evolution.
This role involves $120,000 - $180,000 per year salary, depending on experience, and requires a strong leader who can motivate the team, negotiate financial and operating metric targets with the Executive Team, and oversee management of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Directing all aspects of client businesses
- Setting the tone of the internal team by understanding capabilities, managing performance, and being seen as a leader
- Developing client relationships by delivering on planned targets and business objectives
- Adding value to the agency's evolution through knowledge sharing, best practices, and succession planning
- Balancing client and agency needs
- Acting as an advocate for agency values and guidelines
- Being accountable for 100% performance review completion
- Evaluating the quality of work of the team
- Encouraging teamwork, initiative, work ethic, and values adherence
- Contributing to professional development plans of the team
- Negotiating financial and operating metric targets with the Executive Team
- Overseeing management of the organization, including strategic and operational planning, fiscal oversight, and organizational policies and procedures
- Maximizing accounts' financial growth by increasing client base, establishing short-term and long-range objectives, and representing the agency to potential clients
Requirements include:
- 10 years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM, content management, analytics, digital marketing, and eCommerce technology
- Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations
- Strong leadership skill to motivate the team
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions
