About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 1035035 BC Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Provide support and training to cleaners to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
