Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to maintain quality service.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Service Recommendations: Identify and arrange for additional services such as repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements as needed.
- Financial Transactions: Handle payments for specialized cleaning services.
- Team Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties to promote teamwork and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate work schedules and activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
