- Employee Support: Provide support and training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.
- Work Environment: Assist in creating a positive and inclusive work environment by providing diversity and cross-cultural training.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
