Senior Vice President, Product Development

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team at Remsoft as the Vice President, Asset Management Technology. This is a unique opportunity to lead our strategic direction, vision, and execution of the product roadmap, overseeing the development and delivery of innovative products that meet market demands and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the development of high-quality products that meet technical standards and drive business value.
- Product Management: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and client value.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, key results (OKRs), and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the Product and Technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, driving continuous improvement in product development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud technologies, analytics, and software development processes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive business growth.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the asset management industry, including optimization technology and spatial optimization.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management, project management, and technical areas, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), and cloud technology certifications.
