The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing large software projects and product management. They possess a good understanding of business and finance and are up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends and client needs to guide product development.
- Establish and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and client value.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives, key results (OKRs), and performance metrics for your teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Product and Technical teams and executive leadership.
- Oversee the development of go-to-market strategies to support product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, clients, and funding opportunities.
- Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the deployment and management of systems and processes related to Security, Disaster Recovery, and software service delivery.
- Innovation and Growth:
- Identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team and support a product-led growth strategy.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience in product management, product development, and leading large software projects.
- Technical skills in cloud technologies, analytics, and software development processes.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy.
