At Homewood Health, a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services in Canada, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Assistant Vice-President for the Brokers/Advisors team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for partnership growth and sustainability, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Directors to achieve targets, support relationship management, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Provide product and market expertise to Sales Directors and collaborate with other teams to drive mutual success and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key brokers/advisors for business planning and development, fostering a network of strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events to showcase partnership capabilities and build brand awareness.
  • Apply effective change management principles to drive organizational and sales division changes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Complex/Specialty Sales with 2 years in senior leadership roles, demonstrating a track record of success in partnership development and sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and growing strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results-driven performance and delivery.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with a flexible approach to work arrangements and a commitment to meeting business objectives.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM, with a strong foundation in business software and systems.
