Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of items to maintain an efficient inventory.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records.
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
