About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales floor is open and operating smoothly.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
