We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing training
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
