Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage sales staff schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of our products.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
