- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the organization's administrative systems are up-to-date and efficient.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the organization.
- Documentation and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not mandatory. A permanent position with 35 hours per week is available.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
