Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in the Government of Canada - Western office.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the CEO's office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government officials.
- Manage complex projects and tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
