Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Hightain Group Corp.

Job Summary

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and provide ongoing support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Provide customer service

Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years
