About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team at A Class Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide product demonstrations
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and negotiate terms
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Provide input into product design to ensure goods or services meet client needs
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
