We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supermarket Department Supervisor to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our supermarket department.

• Manage and supervise a team of department staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient department operations.
• Monitor and control department inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation to meet sales and customer expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve department sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
