Job Summary

Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Bookkeeping
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Prepare tax returns.
  • Reconcile accounts.
Security and Safety
  • Maintain a basic security clearance.
  • Be bondable.
Transportation/Travel Information
  • Be able to use own transportation.
